• What is a 360 visual tour?
  A 360 visual Tour is a tool that allows anyone with a computer to "immerse" themselves in any environment and experience it as if they were there. The viewer can move about in the room and at their will, pan 360 degrees left or right viewing a complete, seamless, photographic panorama. The images are created using a high tech digital camera and lens which captures the entire 360 degree view around the camera position.
  
  
• How do I order a 360 visual tour or still photos?

• What does the 360 visual tour include?
  Your tour includes a 4 professionally photographed panoramic images that viewers can see by clicking on the thumbnail image on your detail page. When a thumbnail is clicked, your panoramic image will be displayed along with navigation instructions. We use state of the art technology from Be Here Technologies. For example tours, go to the Be Here Technologies web site. We will add an icon to your listing on the listing summary page that flags it as a premium virtual tour listing.
  
  What does a 360 visual tour or photo tour cost?
  The cost of your tour is $99. Additional room images can be added for $20 each. We can create a CD of your tour for $25 each.
  
  
• What Geographic areas do you cover?
  We are based in Ann Arbor and will travel a distance of 20 miles for no charge. a trip charge of $1 per mile (one way distance) will be added beyond this. To calculate the mileage charge, go to Yahoo maps, enter your address, and press "get directions". Take the distance and subtract 20 miles. This is the miles charged at $1 per mile.
  
  
• How long does it take to film a 360 visual tour or photo tour?
  Typically it takes less than one hour to complete the filming. We then process the images and upload them to your listing usually within 48 hours. You or your representative (18 or older) needs to be present during the filming.
  
  
• Can you host my visual tour taken by another photographer?
  Yes, under most circumstances. Contact us for details.
